Alti Easy Blown Longitudinal Knives
During 2022/2023 Alti Systems developed an automatic longitudinal slitting system to allow customers to manage multi lane processes removing the need for manual setting of the blades. The entire system is specifically designed to match any blown film extrusion line.
Blad holder versions can provide width between lanes of 5-10-15-10mm
Highly accurate cut +/- 0.5mm

Alti IBC
High performance IBC control system
The Alti IBC has been designed with production quality in mind with fast reaction and stable precise control possible by using 4 ultrasonic sensors a motorised valve all of which sized to suit your machine .
Much like the Alti Easy the IBC is fully automatic controlled via a control panel with additional features such as Manual mode, bubble size measuring, alarms and a trending page for process information.
